Abstract
Systems for deviating and (optionally) converging radiation include two optical devices preferably in parallel planes with one device producing convergence, and the other divergence. Alternatively, the deviating effect can be produced by an array of pairs of dove prisms with the tips of the prisms in each pair either joined to one another or separated by dielectric of lower refractive index, and with the adjacent contiguous pairs joined periodically at the base of each prism along the contiguous surfaces or separated from one another by dielectric.
