Abstract
4-Azatricyclo[4.3.1.1(3,8)]undecylarylpiperazine compounds of this invention demonstrated affinity for the 5-hydroxytryptamine-1A receptor site (5-HT.sub.1A) and to a lesser extent, for dopamine-2 receptor sites (D.sub.2). Compounds with such a profile provide a treatment for CNS disorders such as anxiety, depression, and sexual disturbances without EPS liability.
