Abstract
The invention relates to new peptides of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.2 represents Ala or D-Ala, PA0 R.sup.11 represents Arg or D-Arg, PA0 R.sup.13 represents Val or Ile, PA0 R.sup.15 represents Gly, Leu, Phe or a valence bond, PA0 R.sup.27 represents Met or Nle, PA0 R.sup.28 represents Ser, D-Ser or Asn, and PA0 Y represents OH or NH.sub.2, and to salts thereof. These compounds stimulate the release of growth hormone and can be used in the therapy as well as for veterinary or animal husbandry purposes.
