Abstract
Novel cerium (IV) compounds having the Formula (I): EQU Ce(OH).sub.x (NO.sub.3).sub.y, pCeO.sub.2.nH.sub.2 O (I) can be directly dispersed in water to produce unique colloidal dispersions thereof.
