Abstract
A compound, or a solvate or salt thereof, of formula (I): ##STR1## in which R represents a group of formula (II) ##STR2## in which R.sub.x is the remainder of a heterocyclic group, or an optionally substituted phenyl group; PA0 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, C.sub.2-6 alkenyl, C.sub.3-6 cycloalkyl or C.sub.4-12 cycloalkylalkyl groups, or together form a C.sub.2-8 branched or linear polymethylene or C.sub.2-6 alkenylene group, optionally substituted with a hetero-atom; PA0 R.sub.3 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, or phenyl, or R.sub.3 together with R.sub.1 form a --(CH.sub.2).sub.3 -- or --(CH.sub.2).sub.4 -- group; PA0 R.sub.4 and R.sub.5, which may be located on the same or different carbon atoms, are independently hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, or phenyl; PA0 m is 1, 2 or 3; PA0 R.sub.7 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; PA0 n is 0, 1 or 2; PA0 X is direct bond, or O, S or NR.sub.6 in which R.sub.6 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; PA0 Y is >C.dbd.O, >CHOH, >S.dbd.O or >SO.sub.2 ; PA0 each is R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 is C.sub.1-6 alkyl, or R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 are linked together and R.sub.8 represents --(Z).sub.p -- where p is 0 or 1 and Z is O, S or NR.sub.z whe…
