Abstract
Aqueous polymer dispersions essentially containing a copolymer of PA1 a) from 85 to 98.5% by weight of methacrylates, PA1 b) from 0.5 to 4% by weight of arcylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, PA1 c) from 0.5 to 4% by weight of acrylamide and/or methacrylamide, PA1 d) from 0.5 to 4% by weight of an .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically diunsaturated or polyunsaturated compound and PA1 e) from 0 to 3% by weight of a carbonyl-containing .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated compound, a process for their preparation, and their use for coating wood.
