[[(1,3,5-Triazin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl]aminosulfonyl]benzoic esters of the general formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are methyl or ethyl, and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine, agriculturally useful salts thereof, processes for their manufacture, and their use.
