Abstract
The invention provides compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein k is 1, 2 or 3; PA0 m is 1, 2 or 3; PA0 n is 1, 2 or 3; PA0 p is 0, 1 or 2; PA0 X is O, S or a direct link, with the proviso that when X is O or S, n is 2 or 3; PA0 R.sup.1 is H or C.sub.1-C.sub.4 alkyl; and PA0 R.sup.2 is an optionally substituted phenyl or heteroaryl group; and PA0 pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds are useful for the treatment of motility disorders, particularly those of the gut such as irritable bowel syndrome.
