Abstract

Personal protective clothing of the present invention is formed into a vest, a skirt, a cap, a coat or the like by using a surface-metallized fiber woven or knitted fabric. A conductive discharging yarn or fabric is electrically connected to the clothing, and a face cover or both a face cover and a backing are attached thereto. The operators of personal computers, word processors and the like can easily wear the clothing for the purpose of protecting their bodies from the electromagnetic waves generated.
