Abstract
The invention is a hydrocarbon soluble thickener for zinc-containing metal resinate inks comprising the reaction product of: PA0 (a) up to 99% by weight of an alkyl or cycloalkyl ester of acrylic or methacrylic acid; PA0 (b) up to 98% by weight of styrene; PA0 (c) 1 to 40% by weight of an amine-containing monomer; PA0 (d) up to 20% by weight of a carboxyl-containing monomer; and PA0 (e) a catalytic amount of a free-radical polymerization initiator.
