Abstract

Color photographic recording material containing as cyan correction dyes, azomethine dyes corresponding to the general formula IV or V ##STR1## is distinguished from materials containing the cyan correction dyes hitherto used by its increased stability of latent image nuclei when stored under tropical conditions (35.degree. C. at 90% relative humidity). In formulae IV and V, PA1 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 denote H, optionally substitued C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 -aryl and C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkoxy, PA1 R.sub.3 denotes H, optionally substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 -aryl and C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkoxy nd halogen, PA1 R.sub.4 denotes H, optionally substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl and C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 -alkoxy, CN, halogen, SO.sub.2 R.sub.7, COOR.sub.7, SO.sub.2 OR.sub.7, COR.sub.7, SO.sub.2 NR.sub.7 R.sub.8 and CONR.sub.7 R.sub.8, PA1 R.sub.5 denotes NHCOR.sub.9, NHCOOR.sub.9, NHSO.sub.2 R.sub.9 and NHPO(R.sub.9).sub.2, PA1 R.sub.6 denotes CON(R.sub.9).sub.2, NHCOR.sub.9, NHCOOR.sub.9, NHSO.sub.2 R.sub.9, NHCON(Rphd 9).sub.2 and NHSO.sub.2 N(R.sub.9).sub.2, PA1 R.sub.7 denotes optionally substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl and C.sub.6 -C.sub.10 -aryl, P…
