Abstract

The present invention discloses a method of producing as aqueous agricultural composition exhibiting reduced irritation to animals and corrosiveness to materials by admixing an agriculturally acceptable pesticide and an amine-oxide surfactant having the Formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a straight or branched chain about C.sub.6 to about C.sub.20 alkyl or alkenyl group, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are each independently selected from the group of straight and branched chain lower alkylenyl groups, and a+b+c+d is about 5 to about 25. The compositions exhibit reduced eye irritation to animals and reduced corrosiveness to metals. A method of treating plants is also disclosed.
