Abstract
A process for the preparation of glucose dehydrogenase from Bacillus megaterium. This invention relates to the preparation of a genetically engineered polypeptide with the biological activity of the enzyme glucose dehydrogenase, and a new DNA sequence, recombinant DNA vector, and transformed microorganism therefor.
