Abstract

Process for dyeing keratin fibers by using derivatives of formula: ##STR1## where: R.sub.1 =H, lower alkyl or SiR.sub.11 R.sub.12 R.sub.13 ; PA1 R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be identical or different, =H, alkyl, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl or --COOSiR.sub.11 R.sub.12 R.sub.13 ; PA1 R.sub.4 to R.sub.7, which may be identical or different, =H or an O--Z group, where Z=H, C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 alkyl, aralkyl, formyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.20 acyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.20 alkenyl, --SiR.sub.11 R.sub.12 R.sub.13, --P(O)(OR.sub.8).sub.2, R.sub.8 OSO.sub.2 ; PA1 or a heterocycle which may contain a P(O)(OR.sub.8) or CR.sub.9 R.sub.10 group; PA1 with the reservation that at least two of R.sub.4 to R.sub.7 denotes OZ or form a ring, and that at least one of R.sub.4 or R.sub.7 represents OZ; PA1 R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 =H, lower alkyl; PA1 R.sub.10 =alkoxy, mono- or dialkylamino; PA1 R.sub.11, R.sub.12 and R.sub.13, which may be identical or different, are alkyl groups; PA1 or their alkali metal, alkaline-earth metal, ammonium and amine salts.
