Abstract

This invention concerns a fluid treatment apparatus wherein active particles are used to perform fluid treatment. As active particles have a very short lifetime, it has conventionally been difficult to use them for fluid treatment. In this invention, active particles generated in electrolytic dissociation chamber (104) under reduced pressure are aspirated by a fluid jetted from jetting throat (108) into a diffuser throat (110), and then perform treatment of the source fluid.
