Abstract
An unobstructed four-mirror telescope having tilted components for astronomical observations. Favorite focal ratios are in the range of about F/12 to F/20 and all surfaces are rotationally symmetric. The systems off improved aberration correction and it is possible in special cases: PA0 to realize all-spherical 500mm-systems. PA0 to eliminate image plane tilt. PA0 to eliminate anamorphic distortion. PA0 to realize big diffraction limited fields (.phi.>100mm) free from coma, astigmatism and spherical aberration.
