Abstract

Solid oral ifosfamide formulations comprising a capsule containing a mass which consists essentially of the active substance ifosfamide and microcrystalline cellulose, or in the form of tablets which contain, in relation to one part by weight of ifosfamide, PA0 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of tribasic calcium phosphate and PA0 0.04-0.4 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol as well as in addition, related to the weight of the tablet PA0 5-60% by weight of a filling and flow regulating agent PA0 1-10% by weight of a disintegrant PA0 0.1-10% by weight of an antiadhesion agent and PA0 0.1-80% by weight of a binding agent.
