Abstract
A water in oil microemulsion comprising the following essential constituents: PA0 a) cetyl dimethicone copolyol, PA0 b) water, PA0 c) silicone, PA0 d) alcohol, and PA0 e) about 5-40% by weight of one or more salts. The inventive compositions are useful in personal care products including moisturizing and antiperspirant compositions.
