Abstract

The invention provides an improved process for the isolation and purification of antibiotics designated LL-E19020 alpha and beta which are derived from the microorganism Streptomyces lydicus ssp. tanzanius NRRL 18036. The invention is a method of recovery, concentration from crude solutions and to processes for the purification of anitbiotics designated LL-E19020 alpha and beta which are derived from the microorganism Streptomyces lydicus ssp. tanzanius NRRL 18036.
