Abstract
The present invention relates to "activated" immature astrocytes and the methods of utilizing the activated immature astrocytes as a means for promoting Pursuant to the provisions of 35 U.S.C. .sctn.202(c), it is hereby acknowledged that the Government has certain rights in this invention, which was made in part with funds from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health.
