Abstract
Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein n is 1 or 2, R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, R.sub.2 represents a hydrogen atom and R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together represent a chemical bond, R.sub.4 represents a hydrogen atom, or a phenyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group, R.sub.5 represents a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group or an alkyl group and R.sub.6 represents a hydrogen or halogen atom, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are useful for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition useful in the treatment of emesis.
