New porous, unitary freeze-dried pharmaceutical form, of homogeneous appearance, consisting of: PA1 a) an inclusion compound comprising: PA2 one or optionally more active substances, PA2 a predetermined quantity of cyclodextrin, PA2 optionally an additive facilitating inclusion, PA1 b) at least one substance chosen from: PA2 diluents, PA2 binders; and PA1 c) optionally one or more additives.
