Abstract

Novel copolymers of ethylene with .omega.-alkyl-, -cycloalkyl- or -aryl-poly-(alkylene oxide)-.alpha.-yl (meth)acrylates and, if required, .alpha.,.beta.-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids, carboxamides or carboxylic anhydrides and, if desired, further monomers which are copolymerizable with ethylene, selected from the classes consisting of the vinyl esters, vinyl ethers and/or (meth)acrylates.
