Abstract
The invention describes a film of a thermoplastic, wholly aromatic polyetherketone. The film is amorphous and comprises the polymer PEEKK which is formed of the following repeat unit: EQU --[--Ph--O--Ph--O--Ph--CO--Ph--CO--]-- wherein Ph denotes a para-phenylene group.
