Abstract
The invention relates to the use, for obtaining medicaments that reverse resistance to anti-cancer and anti-malarial agents, of compounds of formula I: ##STR1## in which A is --CH-- or nitrogen, PA1 and B, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are as defined in the description, PA1 and their physiologically tolerable acid addition salts.
