Abstract

Impact modified thermoplastic polyurethane-polyester molding materials containing, based on 100 parts by weight of (A) to (C), PA0 A) from 30 to 90 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, PA0 B) from 5 to 65 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic polyester, preferably a polyalkylene terephthalate, and PA0 C) from 5 to 30 parts by weight of at least one graft rubber based on a polybutadiene (C1) or polyacrylate (C2) or a mixture of these graft rubbers and PA0 D) from 0 to 60% by weight of at least one fibrous or particulate filler and PA0 E) from 0 to 10% by weight of at least one assistant, the weight percentages being based on the weight of (A) to (C), are prepared by homogenizing the formative components at 190.degree.-250.degree. C.
