Abstract

A collapsible portable corral for confining and the movement of livestock and the like. The corral has a front chute for providing an exit and entrance for livestock. A first and second front section are pivotally secured to the front chute. An alley-way is pivotally secured to the first front section and a first and second intermediate section is respectively pivotally secured to the first and front section. A first and second rear section is respectively pivotally secured to the first and second interemediate section. Each of the first and second front sections is provided with a lever apparatus which is capable of raising or elevating a contiguous intermediate section relative to a front section and for holding the intermediate section in an elevated posture relative to the front section. Furthermore, each of the first and second intermediate sections has a similar lever device for elevating a contiguous rear section relative to the intermediate section and for holding the contiguous rear section in an elevated posture relative to the intermediate section.
