Abstract

Aminomethylene compounds of the formula ##STR1## can be prepared by reaction of C-H-acid compounds of the formula ##STR2## with salts of the formula ##STR3## in the presence of simple inorganic bases, where the radicals R.sup.1 to R.sup.4, R.sup.7, R.sup.8 and X.sup..crclbar. have the meanings given in the description.
