Abstract
An estrogen-containing gel preparation is disclosed, which comprises a substrate having on one surface thereof a crosslinked gel layer formed by crosslinking a composition comprising the following ingredients (a) to (c), the weight ratio of the ingredient (b) to the ingredient (c) being from 1.0/0.25 to 1.0/2.0: PA1 (a) estrogen; PA1 (b) an acrylate polymer; and PA1 (c) a liquid ingredient compatible with the ingredient (b).
