Abstract

A process for separating, or enriching, non-functional, monofunctional and bifunctional species in a mixture of perfluoropolyoxyalkylenes of the general formula: EQU Z--O--Rf--Y where PA0 Rf=a perfluoropolyoxyalkylene chain comprising one or more monomeric units of formula ##STR1## --CFXO-- (X=F, CF.sub.3), and optionally also units (--CF.sub.2 CF.sub.2 O--); and PA0 Z, Y, like or different from each other, are non-functional groups or functional groups containing --OH, which consists in subjecting said mixture of perfluoropolyoxyalkylenes to column chromatography using, as eluents, non-polar fluorinated solvents, either alone or in admixture with polar solvents.
