Abstract
The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a mixture of PA0 (a) betaine, PA0 (b) ATP or an ATP generating system, PA0 (c) a magnesium salt, and PA0 (d) a potassium salt, in a cosmetically acceptable vehicle for topical administration and to a method for counteracting aging of the skin in a living human which utilizes the new composition.
