Abstract

A curable composition comprising: PA1 a) an aqueous dispersion of a Polymer having a MWt of at least 50,000, which is insoluble in water and which contains silane groups; PA1 B) a solution or dispersion of a Polymer which has a MWt between 300 and 20,000, comprising at least two silane groups and also comprising covalently bonded cationic hydrophilic groups the ratio of the Polymer (A) to the Polymer (B) being in the range 40:1 to 1:4.
