Abstract

New halogenoalkyl-azolyl derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents optionally substituted phenyl, PA0 R.sup.2 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, acyl or aralkyl, PA0 X.sup.1 represents halogen, PA0 X.sup.2 represents halogen, PA0 n represents 0 or 1 and PA0 Y represents nitrogen or a CH group and their acid addition salts and metal salt complexes, are outstandingly effective as microbicides in plant protection and in the preservation of materials.
