Abstract

In a disk storage having a front loading structure, a disk tray can smoothly move between a first position and a second position. The disk tray has a tray panel with a surface corresponding to an opening of a storage body. Since the surface is larger than the opening, this disk storage has a dustproof function superior to the conventional one. In addition, since an elastic member is provided generally around the opening, the tray panel will not get damaged even when the tray panel encloses the opening. The storage body may comprise cooling means for preventing the rising of the internal temperature thereof, so that malfunctioning of the parts can be prevented and the life of each part can be extended. The elastic member may comprise a sponge.
