Abstract

Reversible polymer gels comprising: PA1 (a) 55-98% by weight based on the total polymers contained in the gel, of an elastomeric copolymer of vinylidene fluoride comprising, in moles, 55-85% of vinylidene fluoride, 15-45% of hexafluoropropene and 0.30% of tetrafluoroethylene; PA1 (b) 2-45% based on the total polymers contained in the gel, of a non-elastomeric polymer selected from non-elastomeric VDF. based polymers, or polyvinylfluoride, or acrylic resins, for example polyalkylmethacrylates and copolymers of alkylmethacrylates with alkylacrylates, having T.sub.g >50.degree. C. Said polymer gels can be used as protective and consolidating agents for stone materials, for preparing insulating and impermeable films and for impregnating fiber textiles
