Abstract
Polymeric compositions, such as thermoplatic molding compositions, are rendered flame retardant by blending the base polymer with a stable interpolymer prepared by copolymerizing a brominated monovinyl aromatic monomer, a methacrylic acid ester and, optionally, an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile.
