Abstract

Fat compositions, comprising: PA0 - 35-80 wt % SUS PA0 - less than 5 wt % S3 PA0 - 7-60 wt% (U.sub.2 S+U.sub.3) PA0 - less than 40 wt % SSU PA0 whereas: weight ratio ##EQU1## wherein S=saturated fatty acids C.sub.16 -C.sub.18 PA0 S'=saturated fatty acids C.sub.10 -C.sub.24 PA0 U=unsaturated fatty acids C.sub.16 -C.sub.22 are excellent cool-melting, non-temper, non-trans filling fats.
