Abstract
Predominantly water based adhesive compositions and primers comprising: PA1 A) 2 to 50 parts by weight of a solution in a non-ionic surface active agent of one or more chlorinated polyolefins; PA1 B) 50 to 98 parts by weight of a component selected from: PA2 1) an aqueous dispersion comprising from 35 to 65 part per hundred by weight of vinylacetate-ethylene copolymer and PA2 2) an aqueous solution comprising from 0.1 to 5% by weight of an anionic surface-active agent.
