Abstract
This invention relates to compounds of Formula I and the stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof ##STR1## wherein R is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or cycloalkylalkyl; PA1 R.sup.1 is alkyl; PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl; PA1 R.sup.6 is alkyl; PA1 n is 1 to 5; PA1 p is 0 to 6; PA1 x is 0 or 2; and PA1 R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are independently hydrogen or alkyl or together with N form a cycloalkylamine. The compounds of Formula I are leukotriene B.sub.4 antagonists and are useful as anti-inflammatory agents and in treating disease conditions mediated by LTB.sub.4.
