Abstract

A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material in roll form comprises a support, and provided thereon, a silver halide emulsion layer and, on the side of the support opposite the silver halide emulsion layer, a backing layer containing gelatin and a hardener, wherein the backing layer has a degree of swelling of 250% or less represented by the following equation: EQU Degree of swelling=[(A-C)/(B-C)].times.100.
