Abstract
A photoimageable composition contains from 0.5 to 5 wt. percent of a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R=alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, and substituted forms thereof PA1 X=OR', SR', NR'.sub.2, R' PA1 R'=H, R, CO--R, PA1 G=nothing or C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alipathic hydrocarbon, and PA1 Y=COOH, PO.sub.3 H, SO.sub.3 H, SO.sub.2 H and SOH. X'=R' to promote adhesion of the photoimageable composition to metal.
