Abstract
A process for the continuous production of vinylchlorosilanes by reacting vinyl chloride with chlorosilanes at elevated temperature consists of a heatable reaction tube having an internal diameter d.sub.1 and a tubular displacement body having an external diameter d.sub.2 mounted within the reaction tube in an axially symmetrical arrangement and extending over the entire length of the reaction tube, the diameter d.sub.2 being smaller than the diameter d.sub.1.
