One end face has a pair of entrainer posts disposed diametrically opposite one another and offset from a center of a respective end face and reaching toward the other end face, the posts of one of the end faces being angularly offset from the posts of the other end face to define the angular play between them, and a bridge between the posts and disposed on the end face of the cylinder for taking up the play.
