Abstract

Compounds of the formula ##STR1## where Ar, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, P and Q have the meanings indicated in the description, and the preparation thereof are described. The compounds have antihypoxic and antiischemic action and are suitable for treating acute and chronic degenerative processes of the CNS and other organs.
