Abstract
An applicator for applying wetted, pasted wallpaper border to a wall comprising: a tray having parametral sidewalls; a handle connected to the tray; a spool disposed at one end of the tray within the sidewalls for dispensing a roll of the wallpaper border; a roller disposed at another end of the tray within the sidewalls for applying the wallpaper border to the wall; and a wiper blade disposed between the spool and the roller for wiping excess paste and water from the border.
