Abstract

An aqueous dispersion containing a copolymer comprising PA0 a) 60-95% by weight of a C.sub.2 -C.sub.10 -alkyl (meth)acrylate PA0 b) 5-40% by weight of methyl acrylate PA0 c) 0-30% by weight of methyl methacrylate PA0 d) 0-30% by weight of a C.sub.8 -C.sub.12 -vinylaromatic compound PA0 e) 0-10% by weight of a C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate PA0 f) 0-5% by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated C.sub.3 -C.sub.5 -carboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid PA0 g) 0-20% by weight of further ethylenically unsaturated compounds, vinyl acetate and chlorine-containing compounds being excluded, is used as an adhesive.
