C., and from 4 to 50 weight percent of a polyhydric alcohol, involves heating the fatty body and the polyhydric alcohol to a temperature between 65.degree. and 95.degree. C. and mixing the heated components in a turbine rotating at a speed greater than 1500 rpm. The resulting dispersion is employed in the production of cosmetics in stick form.
