Abstract
Described is an insole made of elastic material with recesses designed to accommodate replaceable elastic inserts. At least in the zone in which the inserts are located, the insole has, on the same side as the recesses, a first layer of Velcro.TM. fabric with apertures which fit over the recesses, the first layer acting as a supporting layer for another second layer of Velcro.TM. fabric which covers it completely, including the inserts.
