Abstract
A compound which is 21-norrapamycin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is useful as an immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antitumor, and antiproliferative agent. 21-Norrapamycin has the following structure. ##STR1##
