Abstract

A polymer composition obtained by polymerisation of a polymerisable composition comprising: at least 50% by weight of a monomer or mixture of monomers having formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which may be identical or different, represent hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, X represents ##STR2## and wherein m+n is between 0 and 10, 0 to 50% by weight of one or more mono- or polyfunctional vinyl, acrylic or methacrylic comonomers (II); 0.5 to 15% by weight with respect to the weight of components (I) and (II) of a compound having formula (III) ##STR3## where R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represent hydrogen or one of radicals R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represents a hydrogen atom while the other forms a ring with R.sub.7 ; R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are hydrogen or an alkyl group which may be substituted by OH and/or interrupted.
